Services I Offer

  • Personal At Home Care: Assistance with daily living activities, maintaining comfort and hygiene.

  • Companionship: A supportive presence to reduce feelings of loneliness and anxiety.

  • Clearly discuss and honor patient and family needs. 

  • Respite for Family Caregivers: Providing short-term breaks that allow caregivers to rest and recharge. Will stay with the patient while family goes to the store but length of my stay is 4-6 hours.

  • Bedside Symptom Management especially of pain to alleviate suffering. I do so in collaboration with the Hospice Agency Registered Nurse and On Call Staff as well as the Agency’s Interdisciplinary Team. 

  • follow up with a phone call after care.

Getting Started

During the initial meeting, if the family agrees with my services, I charge for that hour by zoom meeting. Also, consents forms need to be signed during my initial face to face meeting that includes; consenting to payment upon services rendered, IE, at the end of each day.
